Just comfortable workout clothes and maybe a bottle of water. The class is done barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Your first class is free! When you come in for your intro lesson, one of our coaches will break down the pricing for our programs and help you pick the best fit.
This class is designed for ages 15 and up; however we will allow participants starting at age 13 if a parent or guardian participates with them
